Modules List Guide
The Modules Management section allows administrators to create, organize, and manage business modules within the Ojoo Business OS Platform. Modules represent functional operational entities linked to parent applications, forms, workflows, permissions, and automation processes.
Overview
The Modules List screen provides a centralized view of all business modules configured inside the platform. Administrators can use this section to:
- View all active modules along with their parent applications
- Create new business modules
- Edit existing module information and status
- Configure module display ordering and FontAwesome icons
- Manage unique web slugs for dynamic navigation
- Delete obsolete module entries with confirmation dialogs
Modules List Table
The Modules List table displays all registered modules in the system along with key operational details.

| Actions | Action buttons to View (Eye icon), Edit (Pencil icon), or Delete (Trash icon) a module. |
| Module ID | Unique numeric identifier assigned automatically by the system to each module. |
| Application Name | Displays the parent business application (e.g. Studio Engine, System Setup) to which the module belongs. |
| Module Name | Displays the business-friendly title of the module (e.g. Application Management, Company Management). |
| Module Slug | URL-friendly unique web identifier used internally for dynamic routing and navigation. |
| Module Icon | Displays the FontAwesome visual icon assigned to the module for menu representation. |
| Module Order | Numerical sequence that controls where the module appears in navigation menus. |
| Module Status | Displays a status badge showing whether the module is Active (enabled) or Inactive (disabled). |
Action Buttons
Each module row contains action icons for quick operational tasks.

| View | Opens module details in read-only mode to review associated features and settings. |
| Edit | Opens the populated Module Form to modify name, parent application, icon, slug, or order. |
| Delete | Prompts a confirmation dialog before removing or deactivating the module record. |
Top Toolbar Options
The top toolbar provides quick-access controls for managing modules and documentation.

Export & Utility Options
The grid utility menu allows users to export data and customize display views:
- Copy Table Data: Copies all visible module records to clipboard.
- Export to Excel: Downloads module list as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx).
- Export to CSV: Downloads module list as a comma-separated values file (.csv).
- Export to PDF: Generates a formatted PDF report of modules.
- Print Module List: Opens print preview to print the list.
- Column Visibility: Toggle individual table columns on or off.
- Restore Defaults: Resets column order and visibility to default settings.
Search & Pagination Controls
- Instant Search: Type any term in the top-right search box to filter records instantly across Module Name, Module Slug, and Application Name.
- Entries Per Page: Select table view capacity (10, 25, 50, or 100 rows per page).
- Pagination Navigation: Move between pages using Next, Previous, and numbered page buttons.
- Column Sorting: Click any column header to sort module records in ascending or descending order.
Permissions & User Access
Access to Module Management actions is strictly controlled by user role permissions:
- View Permission: Required to access and search the Modules List.
- Create Permission: Required to open the form and add new modules.
- Edit Permission: Required to update existing module information.
- Delete Permission: Required to remove or deactivate module entries.
Best Practices
- Use clear and descriptive module titles.
- Select the correct parent Application from the dropdown list.
- Maintain clean lowercase web slugs using hyphens instead of spaces.
- Assign standard FontAwesome icon classes for menu representation.
- Use sequential menu order numbers (1, 2, 3) to structure navigation lists logically.
